Zac Efron - Appendicitis on Jan. 15th then Lunching with a couple High School Musical Co-Stars on Jan. 18th

Zac Efron was released from Cedars-Sinai Friday Afternoon, January 18th. Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale were lunching at Paty’s in Toluca Lake, CA. Earlier that day it was confirmed that Zac will star in the upcoming film Me and Orson Welles


Zac Efron was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center January 15th he was suffering from appendicitis. On JustJared it says,

" His rep said, “He had his appendix removed and is recuperating.” "

Also, just one day earlier, Disney announced that the "High School Musical" cast has officially signed on for the big screen version of the popular franchise.
