Zac Efron: On his new movie Seventeen

Zac Efron sat down with Access Hollywood to chat about his upcoming film Seventeen, about an guy (Matthew Perry) who suddenly becomes a 17-year-old high school student (Zac). Here are some interview snippets:

On how close he was to not doing High School Musical 3: "Oh gosh. No, seriously I am not going to be the guy who takes High School Musical away from all the fans. We owe everyone too much. High School Musical is a project I hold very close to my heart and I am going to complete the franchise."

On why he chose to star in Seventeen: "It would have been really easy to go and play a kid. I could’ve done that in any movie. But playing a 37-year-old guy who is a kid is a little bit more interesting. It’s great when you have personal experience playing a character. For instance, High School Musical. It was pretty easy. I was playing a high school kid in his first love. Everyone has been there – I had just been there.”

On why he doesn’t talk about his personal life: “I think specifically relationships, it’s sacred ground. That’s something that needs to be between two people. Everyone else can get their noses out.”

Ashley Tisdale & Jared Murillo - Millennium Dance Studio & Coffee Bean

Ashley Tisdale and dancer boyfriend Jared Murillo went to the Millennium Dance Studio in Los Angeles on Monday, January 28th.

Ashley also went by the Coffee Bean to pick up a drink and then went to a recording studio on in Los Angeles.

Both Ashley Tisdale (in Badgley Mischka Couture) and Zac Efron (in John Varvatos) were all smiles at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday, Janurary 27th in Los Angeles. Zac Efron and Debra Messing presented the "Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series" award to The Sopranos' Edie Falco.

Vanessa Hudgens & Zac Efron...

According to JustJared, Vanessa Hudgens picked up her boyfriend Zac Efron from a pal's house in North Hollywood.

Also, JustJared posts that, " Earlier in the day, Vanessa was seen getting out of her Audi S4 Cabriolet convertible in a very tight parking spot at Bobs Big Boy restaurant. " She then went to pick up Zac.

The two of them got lunch at California Pizza Kitchen for a bite to eat before heading home.

Zac Efron - Appendicitis on Jan. 15th then Lunching with a couple High School Musical Co-Stars on Jan. 18th

Zac Efron was released from Cedars-Sinai Friday Afternoon, January 18th. Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale were lunching at Paty’s in Toluca Lake, CA. Earlier that day it was confirmed that Zac will star in the upcoming film Me and Orson Welles


Zac Efron was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center January 15th he was suffering from appendicitis. On JustJared it says,

" His rep said, “He had his appendix removed and is recuperating.” "

Also, just one day earlier, Disney announced that the "High School Musical" cast has officially signed on for the big screen version of the popular franchise.

High School Musical 3: Senior Year

According to a Disney press release...High School Musical 3: Senior Year will hit theaters October 24, and yes the Wildcats - Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman - will be back for their Senior Year.

On buzzsugar.com it says,

Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens - Out Shopping

Here are links to some pictures I found on buzzfoto.com of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens driving down Ventura Blvd and of Zac shopping at Urban Outfitters. A post on PerezHilton.com says that they were shopping on Sunday and the Urban Outfitters Zac went to is in Studio City. According to a couple of posts on JustJared, earlier that day Vanessa was going to a recording studio in Santa Monica and later that day when she went shopping with Zac she wore the same outfit while if you looked at the pictures Zac changed shirts sometime during the day. Also, the car Zac was driving is Vanessa's Audi convertible.

High School Musical 2 Bloopers!

I love High School Musical 2! & I know that a lot of people out there love it too. Here are the bloopers from the HSM2 DVD.

My favorite scenes from the bloopers is when Zac Efron says "the booty dance" and he does a little dance, hehehe. Also, near the end of the video it's the scene in HSM2 were ashley is getting a face mask and some of it starts sliding off, lol it's funny b/c she starts laughing about it. But yeah to see the bloopers watch this video.

Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, and Zac Efron celebrate the release of 'High School Musical 2' on DVD.


The Cheetah Girls also came to celebrate this event. The Cheetah Girls = Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams, and Sabrina Bryan.

I think these two men are total Hotties! Zac Efron & Shia LaBeouf!

Zac Efron is a Hottie that has starred in 3 hit movies so far. And he's only 19 years old. So far he's starred in Disney's High School Musical 1 & 2, and his first big screen movie was in the fabulous movie 'Hairspray'. It's reported that he will star in the remake of 'Footloose' and is in negotiations for HSM3. He will also headline the movie '17', which is a comedy.

Shia LaBeouf is also a Hottie, he has starred in many movies but his recent work has been in the surprise hit 'Disturbia' and mega hit 'Transformers'. Currently filming 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull', then he will be in the thriller 'Eagle Eye'.
